Article 7 (Handling of Google User Data)

AIris Calendar obtains the following Google user data when connecting to a Google account (OAuth).

• Reading and writing Google Calendar events (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events)
• Google account email address (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email)

The data obtained is used only to automatically sync busy blocks between connected calendars and to identify the connected account. Access tokens, refresh tokens, and the event correspondence metadata (such as event IDs) needed for syncing are stored in an encrypted environment and deleted when the connection is removed.

The Company does not provide Google user data to third parties except where required by law, and does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generative AI or machine learning models.

This Service's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company implements the following security measures.
